Hello all you maskers out there! My, my, my, it is now October and the spirits are getting...... restless. Yes, it is that time of year, when the ghosts and goblins are about. And for those of us that love to mask, the opportunity to parade our finest in goth and fantasy wear in public. And so it is that Jovina is again opening up her house to her masked friends to come and play... to try each others stuff, exchange ideas, take pictures and in general just have a wonderful masked time! And when will all this take place you may ask? Why, Halloween weekend of course! Oh, you want a little more specific? Ok, the official festivity days will be from Friday, October 31 to Monday, November 3, so if you want to take full advantage of the event, arrive on Thursday and leave on Tuesday. And if you cannot make it for the full event? Well, we would still love to have you here even for a short visit. I am investigating the local clubs to see what type of parties are planned for that weekend so that we can go attend a few in full costume. The "Drag Race" in Washington DC is scheduled for Oct 28 (Tues) which is a bit before the event, but if it rains, it does get moved, so rain could work in our favor! So if you would love to come down and play at Jovina's place, do let me know, and also send me any ideas that you may have to help make this a more fun event!
